Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)

 

What is CRS?
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. Only the top 4% of all agents in America have demonstrated the experience and obtained the education to earn the "Certified Residential Specialist". CRS has been a symbol of achievement in education and residential sales experience.

This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the National Association of Realtors. There are only 18,000 ABR designated real estate professionals in the Americas. It is a designation awarded by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), and requires experience in representing buyers, a written exam, and course instruction. This designation is important to those looking to purchase real estate, as ABR signifies expertise on the buyer side of the transaction

 

 

Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI)

 

Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) is a nationally recognized real estate designation of the highest prestige and only the top 5% of all agents in United States have obtained the GRI professional designation. The GRI symbol stands for professionalism and expert knowledge in one's field of real estate. The GRI program is administered by the National Association of REALTORS to provide home buyers and sellers with an easy way to identify the top REALTORS in America.
